Adopt cats and dogs, feed them, teach them tricks and dress them up. Every breed is here in 3D, with its resting poses and all 28 tricks.
Cats
20 breeds and 35 looks. Every cat also gets its own eyes: wide, sleepy, droopy or dot, in one of three styles.
Dogs
12 breeds and 128 looks. Every dog gets full or dot eyes, in one of six colors.

Boarding a friend's pet needs home level 12 and 3,000 growth on the pet. It costs 20,000 Gold, and a home hosts at most 10 boarders.
Feeding
A pet is full at 100 fullness. Cats eat 129 kinds of fish and 4 crops. Dogs eat 70 cooked dishes and a few foraged foods. Higher star grades fill more.
Every pet also has favorite foods and foods it dislikes. They are its own and differ from pet to pet, so the only way to learn them is to feed it. Automatic Feeders ignore them.

A cat has 150 vitality and a dog 100. Playing uses it up (one round of teasing a dog costs 40) and food brings it back. Energy Fish Jerky and Energy Dog Food restore 100 at once. Feeding, washing and playing all raise a pet's growth.
Tricks
Tricks are learned with training exp. Harder cat tricks take more of it. Every dog trick takes the same exp, but most open up only as the dog grows.

A dog's personality shows in its bark. Sociable, Chatterbox, Sluggish, Naughty dogs bark gently; Lone Wolf, Quiet, Energetic, Clingy dogs are more reserved.

Hats and bottoms fit cats and dogs alike. The Pet Store sells a few at a time, and Cat Caring adds more costume slots as you level up.
