Chapter 1

On a warm afternoon, sunlight gently bathed the green lawn. Alice sat on the grass with her sister, who was absorbed in a book. But Alice felt terribly bored. Her gaze wandered here and there, secretly hoping for something interesting to happen.

Suddenly, a snow‑white, adorable rabbit dashed right past her. But this was no ordinary rabbit—it was wearing a fine little coat and muttering nervously as it pulled out a pocket watch: "Oh dear, I shall be late!" Alice's eyes lit up. A spark of curiosity ignited deep inside her. Without a second thought, she gathered up her skirts and chased after it.

The rabbit dashed straight into a mysterious hole. Without thinking, Alice followed it in. Whoosh—down she fell into a wonderfully strange world! She slid down as if on a never‑ending slide, with all sorts of odd things floating around her—bookshelves, maps, even delicate porcelain plates.

At last, Alice landed with a soft thud. She stood up and brushed the dust off her clothes. In front of her was a table with a tiny bottle labeled "Drink Me." Alice blinked, feeling a little scared, but her curiosity got the better of her. She took a cautious sip. Then something magical happened—her body began to shrink as if under a spell, growing smaller and smaller until she stood just ten inches tall.

Now tiny, Alice found herself trapped. Then she spotted a small cake with the words "Eat Me." After a moment's hesitation, she took a bite. To her surprise, her body began to grow wildly, her head nearly hitting the ceiling. First tiny, then giant—poor Alice was completely worn out by all this changing.

Chapter 2

In this magical world, Alice met many fascinating new friends. She came across a caterpillar sitting on a mushroom, puffing on a hookah. The caterpillar told her slowly that if she ate one side of the mushroom, she'd shrink; if she ate the other, she'd grow. Later, Alice found herself at a very strange tea party. The Mad Hatter, the March Hare, and the Dormouse were huddled around a table with a steaming teapot, drinking tea and chatting—but time was forever stuck at six o'clock.

Then Alice wandered into a beautiful garden. The flowers there could talk, and gardeners made of playing cards were frantically painting white roses red, because the Queen of Hearts loved red roses best. Soon, the Queen appeared, wearing a tall crown and charging around in a hurry, constantly shouting, "Off with his head!" Alice was dragged into a game of croquet, using hedgehogs as balls and flamingos as mallets. The whole scene was pure chaos, and everyone played in wild disarray.

Finally, the Queen of Hearts decided to put Alice on trial over something trivial. The courtroom was in a terrible mess—card soldiers running about, witnesses babbling nonsense. Just as Alice grew tense and frightened, she suddenly woke up. All those wondrous adventures had just been a fantastic dream!
