Town Tutorial I
Developer's Guild · Developer's Guild · Unknown
The most basic town daily life guide, a must-read for town residents.
Read it in game as Town Guide I.
Tool Durability & Repair
Every tool in your toolbox has durability. When it hits zero, the tool becomes temporarily unusable.
Repair kits can restore tool durability. Place a repair kit on a flat, open area, then bring the tool you want to repair close to it—the tool will slowly be restored.
To create the simplest repair kit, all you need is a few branches. If you are too lazy to make one, you can purchase them from Ka Ching, the General Goods Merchant.
Energy
Players need enough Energy to perform various actions.
Collecting, fishing, insect catching... As your Energy depletes, you'll start to feel weary, and eventually, even running will seem like a daunting task.
That's when you need to eat something or take a short rest to recover Energy.
If you don't have any food, collecting a few blueberries from the bushes is a quick fix.
Workbench
Using the Psionic Power Tech Workbench to craft furniture and everyday essentials is a must‑have skill for every town resident and D.G. Member.
You can obtain recipes by completing quests, purchasing them from Bob's Furniture Store or the Special Home Decor Store, or participating in events. Once you learn a recipe, you can craft the corresponding item at the workbench. Of course, the workbench can't work miracles—you'll need the right materials. So it's smart to keep track of what you have.
Oh, and if you accidentally sell your workbench to the Gold Merchant, don't worry—you can check with the General Goods Merchant too.
Dye
The furniture dye used in the town was developed by Bob during his spare time, using local flowers and a special coagulant.
When dyeing furniture, each part consumes one unit of dye. Dyes can be purchased from Ka Ching, the General Goods Merchant.
But one thing to note: Dyes cannot be used on custom furniture from the Furniture Store.
