Tap the Profile Bubble above a Neighbor's head to view their personal information.
In the Profile, tap the Exchange button in the top right to send a friend request.
Accepting a friend request has no cost. Tap the Request Bubble above their head to become friends.
Browse the Friends Link and the Friends Feed, maybe you'll find someone you want to know.
